Owner of Mockingbird Handprints, designs and dyes custom textiles for interiors and wearables. Starting with white, all natural fiber fabrics she layers colors using dyes in many ways: immerison dyeing, dye painting, and using thickened dyes to silk-screen and stencil designs on the fabrics. Jane has been selling recycling vintage and antique furniture using her one-of-a-kind fabrics since 1999. She also accepts commissions for custom work breathing new life into individuals’ family heirlooms. She is currently developing a line of commercially printed fabric and wallpaper designs for home and office.
